Our custom rugs are also made to order.
They typically take around 2 weeks to make and an additional 1 week to ship, for a total of 3 weeks from the time of purchase.

📦 Ordering Both? Read This

If you order slippers and a rug together, your full order will ship once the rug is ready
(about 3 weeks if both are ordered togehter)

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • We do not offer any refunds after purchase unless your item comes damaged.
